Creating an account

Creating an account in SyncTiles only takes a minute.

Go to the signup page, enter your email address, and choose a password. After you submit the form, SyncTiles will create your account and immediately show you a 12-word recovery phrase.

Save your recovery phrase before you continue. It is only shown once, and it is required if you ever need to recover access to your encrypted data or reset your password later.

After that, check your email for a confirmation message and open the link to finish setup. Once your email is confirmed, return to the login page and sign in.

A few things to know:

- Passwords must be at least 6 characters when creating an account.

- Email confirmation is required before your first login.

- If you forget your password later, you will need both the reset email and your 12-word recovery phrase.
